Adult category/Childrens Category⚠️

On the booking platform, you will only find the "Adult" category, but please note that this includes kids, teens, and adults. It is set up this way due to system limitations, and available spots apply equally to everyone (at the same cost).

Do you have kids’ pricing?

Jack’d Up Games is $29.95 per person for everyone.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled booking will receive a full refund of the deposit.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation are non-refundable.

Can I just walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but openings are not guaranteed.

What is the age requirement to play?

The minimum age recommended to participate in Jack’d Up Games is 7+ years old, some challenges may be difficult for children under 7.

Children ages 7–13 must have an adult present at the facility for the duration of their experience.

For axe throwing, the minimum age is 10 years old. As with all attractions, participants must be able to safely and effectively take part in the activities.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

What should I wear?

Jack Axe Entertainment is an active experience, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes that allow you to run, jump, crawl, and move easily.

Clean, flat, closed-toe shoes are recommended, but not required.

Can I bring my own outside food/ beverage?

You may bring in food. Outside beverages are not permitted in the facility.
